Every time we have cause to use Steve's Service Department we have received excellent service. Things were done correctly the first time and I normally wait for my vehicle in a clean, well appointed waiting room... all the staff are courteous.

Took along time to try and get a oil change called the previous month said need to wait 1 week . Called 2 months later again called on a Monday mourning and again said week out . Called Hector he was able to work it out I had a repair also . But they explained it was the oil changes backed up? Really hard to schedule a oil change a week out plus it was suppose to be complimentry but said mileage was over if I had got it when I first called would have made it on time
