From sales to service I have always received great treatment from Steve's Chevrolet. Staff greets me by name and whether my needs are a new vehicle or service on an existing one I have always experienced super service.
We have had ongoing issues with a vehicle we purchased a couple years ago, so we make frequent stops in the service department. We are very thankful for Jared who is always accomadating, patient, and answers all our questions . The waiting area is one of the best. And also the front receptionist is really sweet. We often take our two kids and have been the location to walk around with them in parking lot is nice and clean.

It was good like always but this time I thought I had a warranty on my car but Alex Pulido told me that I didn’t ended up paying for my two valve on my equinox. And on June 13th I got a call that I did have a extended warranty so I’m getting my money back it would have been better if they had told me that in the beginning.
