Low ratings are due to an issue I experienced less than two days of purchasing the vehicle. heard a pop sound check engine light came on as well as info message of reduced engine power. Dealer came to pick up vehicle and took it in for repair, supposedly it was fixed and they returned vehicle a few days later great, only problem drove to work next day and coming home the same thing happened again after being assured problem was fixed. They are getting the vehicle in the morning 05/13/2020 to try again. I am very very disappointed with this not only have I had the vehicle for just one week this is the second trip back for repair this is a brand new vehicle unacceptable. I am really putting faith in that this will fix will get fixed.
Thank you for your feedback on your recent visit to our service department. We consulted Chevrolet Technical Assistance. They advised us to replace the throttle body. After this repair was completed, the air intake duct blew off again. We replaced it. We road tested vehicle for 2 days and found no further issues. The car was detailed and delivered back to you this morning. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to continuing to take care of all your automotive needs.
