The Chevy Silverado 3500HD is a heavy-duty truck that was designed for towing and hauling. The Chevrolet website states, “This is the only full-size pickup with an 8,600lb capacity.” This truck has been around for about 15 years now, and it has a lot of design features that make it stand out from other trucks on the market. Let’s take a look at some of these design features:
Bumper (front). The front bumper on this truck is bulky, but it’s designed for the job. The silver mesh insert in the bumper is not just a stylistic feature but serves a purpose by providing an area to mount additional equipment such as lights or winches.
Fog Lamps (front). These fog lamps are built into the front bumper and are meant to provide extra visibility during poor weather conditions (i.e., fog, rain).
Grille/Mesh (front). The front grille and mesh system provides airflow throughout the radiator while also providing a stylistic look for the truck.
